How should I exchange a gift?

Give us a call, an email or your preferred communication choice and we will guide you through this seamless process.  Remember all exchange and returns are free!

What is your return policy?

Even though this rarely happens if you are dissatisfied with any item you have purchased from Arbitrage we will exchange or refund your item and pay for the shipping and handling.

How much is shipping?

This depends on how much you’re buying, what you’re buying and where you are at.  We can ship ground or express depending on how quickly you want your items delivered.

How do I get fitted in Arbitrage?

We love when friends drop by, so if you are in NYC, give us a ring a ding and we will be happy to arrange an appointment with you to come into our showroom for a custom fitting.

How do I care for my Arbitrage?

We suggest you dry clean your Arbitrage shirts to keep them at their best, but you may also wash on a gentle cycle, hang to dry and then iron!

What size Arbitrage shirts should I buy?

What size T-shirt do you usually buy?  We hate traditional confusing shirt sizes, who really knows the size of their neck anyway?  If you usually buy a medium sized t-shirt our medium dress shirt will fit you just fine.

What do your fabric types mean?

They mean comfortable.  We use 100% cotton, so our shirts, like you will keep lookin’ good for years to come!

What if I can’t afford Arbitrage?

Holler at us and we will be pleasantly pleased to let you know about any sales we are offering on current or discontinued styles.
